This is an original, three-sheet theatrical movie poster from 1962 for Mutiny On the Bounty starring Marlon Brando, Trevor Howard, Richard Harris, Hugh Griffith and Richard Haydn. Lewis Milestone directed the adventure film based on the novel by Charles Nordhoff and James Norman Hall. Joseph Smith and Morgan Henninger are the artists for the poster.
The Style B poster measures 41” x 81” and was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. It is in very good to excellent, unused condition with minimal edge and fold wear from long-term storage. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
